1. Every participant must have his own valid email address, except children under 12yo. Children under 12yo could use their parent's email address.
2. I am fully aware of the actual and potential risks in participation in this event.
3. I declare that I will not compete in the race unless I am medically fit on the day of the race and that, in any case, I will compete at my own risk.
4. To the extent permitted by law, I accept that the organizers and sponsors of the race, or any of their agents, will not be liable for any loss, damage, action, claim, costs or expenses, which may arise in consequence of my participation of the event.
5. Nothing in these terms of use shall exclude or limit the liability of the organizers or their agents for death or personal injury due to its negligence or for its fraud.
6. I grant my permission to Maserati 5K RoadRace Committee or its race directors, assigns and licenses to use or authorize others to use photographs, motion pictures, recordings, data or any other record of my participation in this event for any legitimate purpose without remuneration.
7. All Entry fees are non refundable.
8. Race categories are non-transferable.
9. No new entry will be accepted on race day or after the registration date deadline.
10. Participants are strictly not allowed to transfer their race entries to another party.
